Add phase A ingredients to a mixing vessel and heat to 85°C using a water bath, while mixing at 400 rpm with a marine propeller type blade. In a separate vessel, blend ingredients of phase B and heat to 80°C. Add phase B to A very slowly, using a separatory funnel while maintaining turbulent mixing of phase A. Add phase C ingredients in order listed. Continue mixing at same speed until temperature drops below 50°C. Add phase D with mixing.
